Pretty good- but could be improved

On the whole, the app is excellent. Just the act of tracking cut my cigarette usage in half. My criticisms of the app lie in its interface and usability. The history and month views are basically useless because they are too detailed. When Im looking back, I want to see just a snapshot- how many I smoked/craved and what my budget was- and not every time I logged in (although, on the current day, knowing when I check in is helpful because it helps me make sure I log all my smokes). Its very difficult to see the past totals the way the interface is now. It wouldnt be a bad thing to have the option to still see the detail, but it blows my mind that the snapshot isnt easily available. The graph is hard to read to get an exact count. Also, the messaging (why you want to quit, etc) is pretty much pointless you add it in the beginning but never see it unless you navigate to the settings. With that said, the messages that pop up when you log a craving are really helpful. This is overall a great app, but it could be improved. Im looking forward to being totally smoke free by my quit date, and I attribute even cutting back exclusively to this app. I wouldnt let any of my criticisms steer you away from downloading the app if you were considering it because it is still useful.

Unique app

I love how this app focuses more on trial until you succeed rather than telling you how your health is improving which only means you will have to reset from zero if you slip. Even if u slip using this app you will wake up next day and try again without resetting. As long as ur cravings are becoming less and your slipping less it will be progress

Day 25 smoke-free so far, due mainly to this app and its community!! I am so glad I chose this app!!

This app is attached to an amazing community of "quitters" that are supportive and caring. The app tracks your progress and the support is amazing

Still hard but makes it doable

This is the best quit smoking app Ive tried. There is a support group to help you through and its a step by step plan instead of cold turkey. If you want to quit you need to try this app.

Love this app helped me quit quickly and I havent relapsed love it

User friendly

This app is helpful for quitting tobacco. The achievement levels are nice to have a goal and the community forums are very supportive. Having real time feedback is a plus.

Great motivator

This app reminds me of where I was and motivates me to keep going. Its not fancy by no means, but it gets the job done. I have been smoke free for 92 days. I love the reminders to check in. Another great feature is the ability to post in a community forum with people that are like you. Motivation and believing you can do it is key.

Good !

Its a great app, when you have cravings and log them in, it gives you tips on how to fight it. I also have a pic of my kids as a background photo to help motivate me. I also like how it tells you how much money you save while in the process. I would recommend this to anyone trying to quit. What is hard to get used to is remembering to log everything in the app. Other than that it is easy to use and helpful.

Accountability

It works for me. Just knowing I would have to admit it makes it easier to not do it.

Strong tool for community support. Needs to improve on showing stats to date and allow profile pic to be uploaded from app rather than website.

Great App

Really great app. I just wish there werent so many advertisements/surveys that pop up. I almost always click on them accidentally. I also wish that there was a history/log and not just a calendar view or check-in log in order to see the totals smoked each day. Even better, the times smoked each day (just a general AM/PM timeframe) and options to log what you were doing while smoking (on the phone, drinking alcohol/coffee, just woke up, before bed, before/after eating, bathroom). That way, you can track your habits and better adjust to doing those things without feeling the need to smoke.

Very helpful app for those who want to stop lighting up. The "community" is awesome!

Amazing

Its phenomenal: just by recording how much Id smoked Ina given day, I was (easily) able to cut back from 20 to 15 and now to 0. Chantix helps, but this app got me to where medication would prove more successful.
