The best app of its kind

Really simple to use and it has something for all people! It shows pictures and statistics. Charts and graphs of your progress. Praises you for your achievements and the community room is filled with positive influences and we are all there to help each other!

My favorite app!

I have successfully quit smoking for 21 days as of right now! I owe it almost all to this app. I love how supportive the livestrong community is and how inspirational it is reading success stories! I post to the community forum almost daily and comment on others posts. It gets me through every craving! I like how you can choose to wean off or do it cold turkey, and how you can record your cravings or the butts youve smoked. It also keeps track of how much money youve saved. The only thing I wish it had was a health benefits timeline, where you can see how your health has improved since quitting. I had to download another app for that, I wish this one had it all! But still five stars-I absolutely love this app and its one of the main reasons I have stayed quit. I highly suggest getting this app if youre trying to quit! You will fall in love with it! Update: when I first wrote this review, I was only 8.5 days quit, but I lasted for 14 months. I started up again, but quit twice more after that. Now Im doing it again, three weeks today, and I feel ready to make this my LAST quit! This community welcomed me back with open arms every time, and they were so encouraging:-) I highly, highly, highly recommend this app! You can always delete it if you dont like it, but I promise you wont delete it because youre going to love it! And its free!!

Ive tried everything to quit

Ive tried so many was to quit. This app is very effective by distracting you during a craving (or click on Im having a craving if you are having a cigarette) ... Just some of the many reasons and tips to stay committed to stay quit.

Love this app

I quit smoking on January 1, 2016. With the help of the people from this community I have been able to remain smoke free for over two months. I dont think I could have made it this far without this app and the people. Every morning before I get out of bed and every evening before falling asleep, I read through the messages of other people success stories, their struggles, what motivates and inspires them to quit and I realize I am not in this fight alone. I have other people I can count on for help. This app has helped me and anyone who is wanting to quit should be apart of this community. It will help you succeed too.

I love this app. Seeing my taper on paper ( really my my iPhone screen) really motivated me. I love keeping count and looking back on my stats. Its very rewarding. I never write reviews for apps but this one deserves the 5 stars.

Worked for me!

I was skeptical that an app could help me quit after 20+ years of smoking but I have now been smoke free for 5 days. Tracking cravings really helps take your mind off the craving as you get involved with the app and reading inspirational messages and the next thing you know, the craving has passed.

I quit with this app!

Despite several failed attempts with this app, I finally quit- just needed a little extra inspiration. But considering its just an app and not NRT, its still a pretty powerful little tool. My advice: once you get to the point where its misery waiting for when you can have your next smoke, just quit at that point. Get the misery over with sooner rather than later and keep tracking your cravings. You should notice a promising pattern of declining cravings. After 3 weeks without a cigarette, I log 1 or no cravings per day. And when I do have a craving, its like a fleeting thought rather than a stinging persistent urge. Hang in there- it gets MUCH easier.

Day 5-still going.

Ive quit about 1,000 in the last 15 years. This app helped me stop by day 3 (this time). I like that you track cravings and whether or not you smoke. I appreciate the availability of the community too.
